The Revolution Floor GHD is a compact alternative to traditional machines by giving the user a convenient way to perform glute ham raises in limited training space. This great unit has just a 129cm x 56cm footprint and its adjustable foot pads can be set at different height options for easy customization.  The design of the Revolution Floor GHD is optimized for a GHR – Glute Ham Raise, a bodyweight hamstring movement that concentrates on knee flexion.
