Southside Fitness was founded in 2007 by four family members united by a shared passion for health, performance, and the fitness industry.

With decades of hands-on experience in training and a background of competing at high levels across various sports, the founders brought genuine, practical knowledge and credibility to the business from day one.

Their deep understanding of fitness isn’t just theoretical, but rather it’s built on years of personal discipline, competition, and real-world application.
