Price Match Guarantee

Southside Fitness guarantees the best prices on gym, fitness and exercise equipment. If you find an identical item cheaper at another authorised Australian fitness equipment retailer, we’ll match it.

Conditions

  • The item must be identical in brand, model and quality, from another authorised specialist fitness equipment retailer in Australia.
  • We do not beat prices of items listed on eBay or other online marketplaces that do not have physical fitness retail stores.
  • Proof of the competitor’s price must be provided (e.g. a link to the publicly advertised listing).
  • Prices must be publicly advertised — not private, member-only or unpublished pricing.
  • When comparing prices across states, freight costs must be included in the comparison.
  • Price matching is not available when purchasing on finance.
  • Typographical errors will not be matched.
  • The item must be in stock at both Southside Fitness and the competitor.
  • The item must be new and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • The price match is valid at the time of sale only.
  • Excludes matching freight prices, supplements & Concept 2 Rowers, Bikes, Ski Ergs & Zua Health Products.

Financing Process

IFG manages the application and settlement process, providing updates along the way. Southside Fitness is paid prior to dispatch or collection, which helps avoid delays.

If you’re ordering from an overseas supplier, finance can be arranged for the full amount. Any deposit paid will be refunded at settlement.

Finance can reduce the need for large upfront payments. IFG offers a range of competitive repayment structures, with support available to guide you through the process.
