Directions for Activation (Only Activate Once)

• Open the bottle and remove the foil seal (do not remove cotton).
• Add half a lid (9ml max) of water.
• Seal the bottle and shake well.
• Wait two minutes before first use.

How to Use

• Shake bottle before use.
• Partially open the lid.
• Hold 15cm away from your nose.
• Briefly inhale.
• Replace the lid immediately to preserve strength.
