General Athletes/ Weight Trainers/ Body Builders
Mix 100g of in 500ml of cold water. Drink 250ml immediately before a workout and 250ml immediately after. It is best to drink a further 250ml of cold water to increase hydration. To further help replenish stores of glycogen, a high ‘GI’ snack is also recommended to be consumed post training

Mix 100g of in 500ml of cold water. Drink 250ml every hour to help maintain your energy levels throughout the day. It is best to drink a further 250ml of cold water per hour to increase hydration.
For active individuals, athletes and body builders, the Australian Institute of Sport recommends from 1.2g – 2g of protein per kg of body weight.
Consuming 10 – 20g of protein immediately before and within 30mins of exercise and training may maximise anabolic growth and repair of muscles. To prevent muscle atrophy, reduce fatigue and replenish muscle glycogen stores it is best to consume 1g/kg body weight of High GI Carbohydrates within 30 minutes of exercise.
